Smoked Bone-In Ham

Our famous smoked bone-in ham makes a terrific centrepiece for your dinner gatherings. This flavourful ham bakes to perfection and tastes delicious.

Virginia-Style Ham

Virginia-style ham is prepared with the skin on and is boneless and fully cooked. The addition of the skin and fat guarantees a moist and flavourful ham.

Baking Instructions

FOR VIRGINIA AND BONE-IN HAMS

Preheat oven to 350F. Score outside skin into diamond shapes for presentation and to allow for the flow of natural juices. Bake covered with foil in water or ginger ale for approximately 30 - 40 minutes per kilogram (internal temperature of 150F). Remove foil during the last 20 minutes to brown the outside.

Glazing Instructions

FOR VIRGINIA AND BONE-IN HAMS
