| Sign Up For Food Specials Roast Beef and ArugulaFoccacia with Cambozola, Roast Beef and Arugula (SERVES 4-6)
Procedure: 1. Split foccacia horizontally. 2. Place roast beef on bottom half of bread. 3. Top with thinly sliced cambozola , then arugula and tomatoes. 4. Drizzle with olive oil then add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Cover with top half of bread. Cut into wedges or squares to serve immediately, or wrap in foil or plastic wrap for later use. 6. Enjoy! |
