Specialty Meats

Denninger’s Sausages and Coldcuts are manufactured with old-fashioned family recipes and values and made fresh on a daily basis. Fresh meats are cut daily and aged to perfection in our coolers prior to being delivered to our stores.

Denninger’s boasts one of the largest selections of European-Style Sausages. Choose from our Munich-style Weisswurst, Oktoberfest-style Bratwurst, German-style wieners, Bockwurst sausages and an extensive assortment of pre-cooked, fresh and smoked sausages. These sausages are wonderful on the Bbq grill and beautifully compliment any pasta dish.

Our specialty smoked sausages are made with lean cuts of fresh pork, an exotic blend of white pepper, ginger and imported spices and naturally we smoke them in a traditional way. Smoked Westfaeler Garlic, Hungarian Paprikawurst, Honey Garlic Westfaeler and fiery hot Hungarian Sausage round out our selection of Westfaeler-style smoked sausages.

Denninger’s Jumbo-Syle Frankfurters are skinless, fully cooked, lightly smoked and mildly spiced. They need only to be quickly grilled or boiled until heated throughout. Choose from the Jumbo Frankfurter, the All-Beef Frankfurter or the Turkey Frankfurter.

Our Hams and Turkeys are slowly smoked over aromatic hard wood chips in keeping with traditional family methods. Denninger’s products include Country-style Bone-In hams, ready to eat Apricot-Glazes hams, regular and mini Blackforest-style hams, smoked whole Turkeys and Smoked Turkey Breast fillets.
