BUBBLE & SQUEAK (Potato Pancakes):
Made from potato, fresh, eggs, cheese, cabbage, carrots, water chestnuts & spices. Delicious fried for breakfast or as a side dish.
SCOTCH EGGS:
A hard boiled egg covered with fresh pork sausage, dipped in Dijon mustard & rolled in spiced bread crumbs. Can be served hot or cold.Fully cooked.
ASSORTED MEAT PIES:
Made with a hand made crust, fresh meats, rich gravy & vegetables. Fully cooked. Just heat and serve.
SHEPHERDS PIE:
Made from ground pork and beef in a rich gravy topped with peas & carrots, then smothered in creamy mashed potatoes. Heat & serve.
SMOKED CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUSAGE:
A fully cooked and naturally smoked beef and pork sausage with pieces of cheddar cheese that melts in your mouth. Perfecton the grill or fried.
FRESH ENGLISH-STYLE BANGER SAUSAGE:
A fresh pork sausage make in the British tradition with spiced toasted bread crumbs.
MELTON MOWBRAY PIES:
An English tradition. Made with coarsely ground pork, a secret blend of seasonings and a rich, crisp pastry. Delicious eaten hot or cold.
ENGLISH-STYLE BACON:
Our unique English-style bacon combines lean back bacon and side bacon. It is smoked in our own smoke houses which gives it that natural smokey flavour and causes less shrinking when frying.
HOME-STYLE MEATLOAF:
Our home-style meatloaf is made by hand from select cuts of ground pork and beef, fresh eggs, onion, bread, water chestnuts, fresh parsley and spices. Delicious.
IRISH STEW:
Made form select cuts of top round beef, baby potatoes, pearl onions and vegetables. Fully cooked. Just heat and serve as is, or over rice or spaetzle.

- Product Sourcing: Trewlands Farm has about 30 acres of organic stone fruit consisting of damson, victoria plum. Where possible, we source our fruit from UK based growers but due to the wide range of products we make, a great deal comes from growers elsewhere. Our oranges are Spanish and our apricots are Moroccan for example.

Shortbread House of Edinburgh
- SHORTBREAD HOUSE is a small, family run bakery based in Scotland's historic capital city of Edinburgh.
- Products are handmade, (and not "hand-baked" - a misleading term used by other companies). This makes a huge difference to the texture of the shortbread.
- They use the finest ingredients. Again, other companies make the claim that they use high quality ingredients but they have taken trouble to source the best butter, stem ginger, chocolate and other items. When they find a good and loyal supplier, they do not change them in order to obtain a lower price.
