Our Manufacturing FacilityOne of Denninger’s best-kept secrets behind the high quality of its food is our own manufacturing facility. Our grandfather was a sausage maker in the Black Forest of Germany, and this facility allows us to carry on the family tradition of making our own deli meats, sausage, and prepared foods using only the highest quality ingredients.

Our 60,000 square-foot Hamilton manufacturing plant is where all the butchering, smoking, cooking, chilling, packaging of our products takes place on a daily basis. We produce over 200 specialty cold-cuts, sausages and smoked meats, and well over 100 additional prepared fine foods.

We use only the latest equipment and procedures in our facility that allows us to ensure the safest food production and handling possible. When you pay attention to detail and make food in small batches as we do, the highest quality food is the result. We simply can’t bring you the best deli meats without having complete control over the process as we do at our processing facility.
