Fresh Sausage

How to cook: Turn up the heat and get ready for the great taste of our famous fresh sausages. Place our fresh sausages in a pot and simmer in water for 5 minutes. Now they are ready for the grill. They can only be grilled on the BBQ, providing they are done on low heat to ensure that they are fully cooked. Follow these simple directions and they’re sure to be a hit with your family and guests.

 

 


Fresh Bratwurst: A mild, fresh pork sausage. Fabulous on a bun with onions, sauerkraut and one of our sweet or hot gourmet mustards.

English-Style Banger: So named because the tight casing makes a bit of a bang on the grill. An essential part of a "Full English Breakfast."

Italian-Style: Viva Italia! A traditional Italian-style sausage seasoned with fennel, anise, cayenne pepper, herbs and spices. This spiced up fresh pork sausage is great on a bun or sliced into any Italian sauces or pasta dishes.

Garlic Sausage: A juicy mix of fresh pork, toasted wheat crumbs and just the right amount of garlic.

Honey Garlic Bratwurst: A delicious pork sausage seasoned with garlic and flavoured with a hint of honey.

Thai-Style: A touch of ginger gives this its distinctive taste. Best over a charcoal fire. Serve with cabbage and green chilies.

Mediterranean-Style Chicken: A Southern European flair; paprika, turmeric, oregano. Makes a great stew or ragout, and grilled of course, with chutney on the side.

Chorizo-Style: Perfectly spicy! Freshly ground pork with chilies, paprika, and garlic. Cooks up fast and tasty. Fantastic frilled with eggs for breakfast.
