Chef Christian Pritchard, a chef and man of many talents, will be joining us on Sunday November 30th at our Burlington location demonstrating how Baci Perugina Chocolates are made.

Baci Chocolates have been exclusively produced and available in Italy since 1922, 15 years after the founding of Perugina in Perugia, Italy. The co-founder Luisa Spagnoli was looking for a way to repurpose hazelnuts left over from other factory recipes, and was inspired by the passion of young love to create a chocolate “Bacio”, the Italian word for kiss.
