Denninger's German-Style Burgers

Since 1954, Denninger’s has been producing our famous German-style burgers fresh from our own kitchens. We blend selected cuts of local beef and pork and blend them with imported spices. Our burgers are mixed in small batches to ensure the best quality freshness and flavour. Buy them by the case so you always have them in your freezer.

Prime Rib Burgers

A thick and juicy burger made with 100% prime rib beef and lightly seasoned. Perfect for the grill.

Turkey Burgers

Fresh ground turkey meat delicately seasoned with onions, white pepper and nutmeg. A great choice for those who are trying to eat lean.

Schnitzelburgers

Is it is a schnitzel, or is it a burger? The best of both worlds lives in this pure ground fresh pork patty with our own blend of imported spices covered in toasted wheat crumbs. Delicious topped with onions and sauerkraut.

Serving Suggestion

Peppercorn burger

Press cracked black peppercorns into our burgers before cooking to make a delicious peppercorn burger. Cooking Instructions Our burgers are delicious on the BBQ. When finished, they should be fully cooked, brown throughout, with clear juices running through and no pink showing. Top them off with a selection of our delicious condiments - our gourmet mustard selection is particularly fabulous with our burgers.

Schnitzel

One of the items we are best known for at Denninger's is our legendary schnitzel. We make traditional wiener schnitzel, pork schnitzel, and chicken schnitzel. There is a schnitzel for everyone's tastes at Denninger's.

Wiener Schnitzel

A Wiener schnitzel is a breaded veal cutlet. It is dipped in flour, egg, bread crumbs, and then fried in butter or oil to a crispy golden brown. It is traditionally served with a lemon wedge, which you can use to drizzle fresh lemon juice over the schnitzel. The Wiener schnitzel, by definition, is made with veal. However, today a "Schnitzel" can be created using different meats. We offer the following at Denninger's:

Pork Schnitzel

A breaded pork cutlet. These are usually made with thin pork loin cutlets also known as Scaloppini.

Turkey Schnitzel

A breaded slice of turkey breast. Lower in fat and milder in taste than the veal and pork schnitzels.

Chicken Schnitzel

A breaded, boneless, skinless breast of chicken. A mild-tasting schnitzel that tastes wonderful with cheese melted over top or any one of our ready-to-serve side dishes.

Schnitzel with Toppings or Fillings

Our specialty schnitzels may be ordered with veal, pork, turkey, or chicken.

Paprika Schnitzel

A schnitzel topped with a tomato-based sauce seasoned with paprika and red peppers.

Schnitzel Cordon Bleu

A perennial Denninger's customer favourite. This dish originated in Switzerland and is a delicious schnitzel stuffed with the finest ham and cheese.
