Dijon Mustards
Dijon mustard has a strong flavour which is traditionally achieved using brown mustard seed as an ingredient. Although the mustard is named after Dijon in France, which is also famous for its wine.
Denninger’s Dijon Mustards
Exclusive to Denninger’s
Our Dijon mustards are produced exclusively for Denninger’s to our exacting standards of perfection in the Burgundy region of France. The flavours we carry include Traditional, Honey and Balsamic, Basil, Walnut, and White Wine. Our Old Style Dijon brand is a grainy mustard variety that adds a pleasing texture to salad dressing or meat dishes.
Maille Mustard 
The most recognizable Dijon mustard name, Maille has a long and important history. Their first shop was established in Paris in 1747, and they became the official vinegar supplier and distiller to the King of France in 1769.
German and Bavarian Mustard
German mustard, or “Senf”, is made with various kinds of mustard seeds, usually including Sinapis hirta and Brassica nigra. Bavarian mustard varieties, such as Haendlmaier, tend to be sweeter than traditional German mustard.
Handlmaier
Exclusive to Denninger’s
This mustard is loved all over the world for its strong, sweet taste. The texture and taste are distinctive; the coarsely milled seeds give it a fine granularity, and sugar added during the heating process gives it a tart sweetness.
Hengstenberg Mustard 
Made from high quality mustard grains, this German mustard comes in varying degrees of sweet and hot flavours. Unique and flavourful.
Kuhne Mustard 
Whether served “neat” on a sausage or as a condiment with your favourite dish, Kuhne Senf mustards come in a wide variety of flavours and varying degrees of strength, from sweet to hot. Kuhne with herbs makes a great ingredient in a marinade for poultry, while the full grain variety makes an excellent barbeque marinade.
Sweet Mustard
Inglehoffer Mustard 
We carry a few varieties of Inglehoffer mustards, including their Napa Valley World Mustard Championship gold medal winning Honey Mustard. Inglehoffer has been produced in Oregon since 1929 using only the finest ingredients.
Kozlik’s 
Made famous in Toronto through their stall at the St. Lawrence Market, these delicious and finely handcrafted local mustards are legends. Whether you are partaking of their divine Honey Garlic mustard or Bewitching Balsamic, you’ll get a little slice of mustard heaven in every bite of Kozlik’s.
Honeycup 
The pioneers of the honey mustard category, Honeycup proves that the first means that they are among the best. For the most discriminating lovers of the heavenly flavour matchup of honey and mustard.
Horseradish
The Delphic Oracle was reputed to tell Apollo that the horseradish root was worth its weight in gold. It has been used since antiquity to flavour meats, soups, and other dishes. Closely related to mustard and wasabi, prepared horseradish lends a pungent but tantalizing flavour to any dish.
Hoerrlein Horseradish

This much-loved German horseradish is available in three flavours; creamy, with mustard, and with apple.
Inglehoffer Horseradish 
Inglehoffer takes the relationship with Wasabi even further, flavouring one of their prepared horseradishes with it. Also available in creamy, extra hot, and with mustard.
Black Stallion Horseradish 
Black Stallion offers exciting and different varieties of horseradish. Beet relish with Horseradish, Suicide Jalapeno, Creamed Horseradish with Hot Peppers, and Hot Mustard and Horseradish flavours are for the adventurous gourmand, while their regular horseradish speaks to the more conservative horseradish consumer. All Black Stallion horseradish varieties are Certified Kosher.
