Duke of Modena Balsamico Exclusive to Denninger’s

Duke of Modena Balsamico, or Aceto Balsamico del Duca in Italian, is some of the finest balsamic vinegar in the world. It is made from grapes that are grown in a Protected Geographical Indication, or PGI. Like appellations are to wine growing, so PGI is to food production. Duke of Modena vinegars originate only from hand-picked Italian grapes grown within the PGI area.

The vinegars offered within this line include Gold Cap vinegar, and an aged variety which is ages for over three years in oak barrels. Truly one of the world’s finest vinegars.
