HEATING INSTRUCTIONS for all of the above
Oven – Preheat to 360F – Remove lid if baking from frozen cover with tin foil – bake from frozen approximately 45 minutes/ Thawed – approximately 30 minutes.
Microwave – Discard any foil packaging and place in a microwaveable dish. Defrost, remove lid cover with plastic wrap and vent one corner. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
SERVING – Our frozen meals come in different formats; 1 serving, 2 servings, 4 servings or 6 servings (selected meals only).

Maultaschen

Maultaschen are a German specialty food, consisting of an outer layer of pasta dough with a filling traditionally made of minced meat, smoked meat, spinach, bread crumbs, onions, and flavoured with various herbs and spices.

Maultaschen are traditionally eaten in a few ways. They can be cut into slices and fried in a pan with onions and scrambled eggs. They can be simmered in vegetable broth, or dressed with butter and onions. They are usually with potato salad.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat from frozen
Pan Fry – Generously coat pan with oil and fry on medium heat for 4/ 5 minutes per side.
Boil – Bring water or soup stock to boil. Add frozen Maultaschen and boil for approximately 5 minutes.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal in soup or fried with onions served with sour cream.

Meatballs

Our meatballs are available in beef or lean chicken, and make excellent additions to a pasta dish.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Heating times may vary depending on appliances used.
Oven – Preheat 350F place on baking sheet from frozen 25/ 30 minutes. Thaw 10/ 15 minutes.
Stovetop – place meatballs in sauce, heat on the stove for 15/ 20 minutes at medium heat.

Our perogies are sold ready to just reheat and serve with sour cream, onions, and/or bacon.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS Oven – Preheat oven to 325F – Remove plastic and bake for 25/ 30 minutes. Microwave – Remove plastic and foil. Place uncovered on a dish and heat on high for 5 minutes.
