Danish Salami & Snofrisk Roll

  • 4 small La Tortilla Factory wraps
  • 125g Snofrisk Goat Cheese Spread
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream
  • 1 tsp Smak Dab Hot Honey Jalapeno Mustard
  • 150g Denninger’s Danish salami
  • 50g arugula, washed and dried
  • 4 tbsp leek, finely chopped


Mix Snofrisk, light sour cream and mustard together in a bowl. Spread the cheese mixture onto each of the wraps. Add salami. Sprinkle the leek and arugula over the wraps. Roll them up and cut into pieces.
