Grilled Asian Pork Belly Kebobs

  • 2 lbs Denninger’s Pork Belly, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • ½ bottle Uncle Dougie’s Kung Fused Asian Marinade


Soak skewers in cold water for 30 minutes. Place pork into a shallow bowl. Pour marinade over pork and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Thread pork onto skewers. Barbecue kebobs for about 8 minutes, turning and basting with marinade often, or until cooked through.

Garnish with lime zest and/or cilantro leaves.
