Scandinavian Dip

  • 1 pkg Balderson Cheddar Spread
  • 1 tbsp capers, or to taste
  • 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 85g pkg Nanuk Smoked Salmon, cut in small pieces



Process cheese in a food processor until smooth. Add capers, onion, dill, sour cream, horseradish, hot pepper sauce, lemon juice and salt. Process the mixture again until creamy and smooth. Add the smoked salmon and pulse until blended. Put in a small dip bowl and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill. Chill until ready to serve.
