Chicken Stock
A great base for your own soups, sauces, or favourite recipes. Slowly simmered chicken, vegetables, spices and salt. Also available sodium-free. Use wherever a recipe calls for chicken broth.
White Veal Stock
To create our veal stock, we take Provimi veal bones and simmer them with carrots, cabbage, onions, and celery. A lovely base for soups and sauces.
Creamy Peppercorn Mushroom Gravy
We sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic, add red wine, peppercorns and a touch of cream and spices. Delicious on roast beef and mashed potatoes. Your guests will love it, and it will be our little secret as to where it came from.
