Pralines & Truffles

Pralines and Truffles

Pralines

Pralines are sugar-coated nuts or a sugar-coated nut mixture, usually almonds or hazelnuts. They are used as ingredients in the delectable treats we sell from the following experts in praline goodness. A praline mixture is also sometimes mixed with chocolate in order to give it a smooth yet nutty taste. Belgian chocolate is particularly well-known for this feature.

Cudié Spain Exclusive to Denninger’s

Cudié is a family business of craftsmen, devoted to producing the best in chocolate bonbons. The company has continued to craft their confections with hand-made precision for over fifty years, using secret recipes to create delectable perfection. They use only the finest Marcona almonds, praline and cocoa.

Their unique style of Spanish turrón (nougat) does not contain egg whites. Instead, it has a creamy vanilla-infused milk base. Full of caramelized Marcona almonds and Cudié’s secret recipe nut praline, and dusted with cocoa it ‘sparkles’ in the mouth.
