The Denninger family opened their own processing facility in 1978, where they produce over 200 specialty cold cuts, sausages and smoked meats using locally sourced meat, and many of the same recipes that Rudolph Denninger brought over from Germany. Having control over the process in their own facility guarantees freshness and the highest quality. This also allows them to continually create new and unique flavours and recipes.
