Cheese Lovers Event
Debbie is a graduate of the Chef Training and Baking & Pastry Arts program at George Brown College. After that, she turned her attention to cheese, graduating from the Cheese Education Guild in 2006. She has been working with the Dairy Farmers of Ontario, Artisan Cheese Marketing and Plaisirs Gourmets. Debbie is pursuing the eternal link between wine and cheese, and recently wine and beer pairings, and will continue her academic studies of cheese in France this year. She is also a founding member of the Toronto Cheese Guild. Debbie is passionate about cheese and is happy to share her discoveries in the exciting world of cheese. We look forward to having Debbie join us, and we can’t think of anyone more qualified to be teaching these classes!
