Our commitment is to support only local farmers who raise their beef, pork, lamb, chicken and veal humanely with pride and tradition.

Our beef is cut from Canada AAA beef, aged for a minimum of 21 days. Our beef, pork, lamb and free run chicken is raised without the use of antibiotics or added hormones.
