|2||logs Celebrity Rum & Raisin Goat Cheese|
|1/3||cup||extra virgin or oil|
|2||tbsp||Kuehne Apple Cider Vinegar|
|2||tsp||Denninger’s Dijon Mustard|
|salt & freshly ground pepper to taste|
Mix vinaigrette ingredients together and set aside. Put all greens, onion and pear in a large bowl and mix well. Slice goat cheese into 1/4 inch slices and place on a plate in a single layer until ready to serve. Just before serving, pour vinaigrette over salad and toss well. Divide salad evenly on six salad plates. Top each salad with 2-3 goat cheese slices and several spiced walnuts.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cayenne, cinnamon and salt. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl, then add walnuts and stir to coat. Pour the nuts on parchment paper lined cookie sheet and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Bake at 300oF for 10 minutes.
