Cognac Pâté

Crème Brulée

8 oz Denninger’s Cognac Pâté
2 tbsp white sugar

Preheat broiler to 550oF.

Place 2 ounces of pâté into each of 4 ramekins. Sprinkle the top of each cup with sugar, then caramelize with a culinary torch. Or place them in a warm water bath in a deep baking pan. The water should go half-way up the side of the ramekins. Place baking pan under the broiler for approximately 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the sugar. Serve with slice baguette or crackers.
