Coconut Rum Egg Nog

1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of coconut or condensed milk
2 egg yolks
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup white rum (or dark rum)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
ground cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish
Hippie Snacks Coconut Chips for garnish

Blend all ingredients (excluding garnishes) in a blender for 3 minutes at high speed until frothy. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator and serve chilled. Dust with a little cinnamon and/or nutmeg and top with a few coconut chips.
