Coconut Rum Egg Nog
|1||can||cream of coconut or condensed milk|
|1||cup||white rum (or dark rum)|
|ground cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish|
|Hippie Snacks Coconut Chips for garnish|
Blend all ingredients (excluding garnishes) in a blender for 3 minutes at high speed until frothy. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator and serve chilled. Dust with a little cinnamon and/or nutmeg and top with a few coconut chips.
