Holiday Ham

with Pomegranate Jalapeño Glaze

1 Denninger’s Virginia-style Ham
1 cup Bottlegreen Elderflower Pomegranate Pressé

Place ham in shallow pan with the fat side up. Add pressé to the pan. Cover with foil. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes per kilogram.


¼ cup Something Special Gourmet Jalapeño
½ cup Something Special Gourmet Pomegranate
1 tbp Denninger’s Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar Reduction

In a small saucepan, mix all glaze ingredients thoroughly. Heat over low heat just until warm. Remove foil during the last 20-30 minutes and baste ham with glaze. Repeat glaze as often as desired.
