|1||Denninger’s Virginia-style Ham|
|1||cup||Bottlegreen Elderflower Pomegranate Pressé|
Place ham in shallow pan with the fat side up. Add pressé to the pan. Cover with foil. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes per kilogram.
|¼||cup||Something Special Gourmet Jalapeño|
|½||cup||Something Special Gourmet Pomegranate|
|1||tbp||Denninger’s Dijon Mustard|
|2||tbsp||Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar Reduction|
In a small saucepan, mix all glaze ingredients thoroughly. Heat over low heat just until warm. Remove foil during the last 20-30 minutes and baste ham with glaze. Repeat glaze as often as desired.
