Mandarin Orange Chocolate

Triple Crème Brie

650 g L’Extra Triple Crème Brie
¼ cup 35% cream
¼ cup Danish Selection Mandarin Orange Fruit Spread
1 bar Hachez 77% Chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp Grand Marnier liqueur

Preheat oven to 325oF. In a saucepan over low heat, heat cream until steam starts to form. Pour hot cream over chocolate and whisk until smooth. Add liqueur and fruit spread, and blend well.

Place brie in an oven-proof serving dish. Pour chocolate mixture over cheese and place in oven. Heat until cheese is just warmed through, approximately 10 minutes.

Garnish with shaved chocolate. Serve warm with Walnut Demi Ciabatta.
