Mandarin Orange Chocolate
Triple Crème Brie
|650||g||L’Extra Triple Crème Brie|
|¼||cup||Danish Selection Mandarin Orange Fruit Spread|
|1||bar||Hachez 77% Chocolate, chopped|
|1||tbsp||Grand Marnier liqueur|
Preheat oven to 325oF. In a saucepan over low heat, heat cream until steam starts to form. Pour hot cream over chocolate and whisk until smooth. Add liqueur and fruit spread, and blend well.
Place brie in an oven-proof serving dish. Pour chocolate mixture over cheese and place in oven. Heat until cheese is just warmed through, approximately 10 minutes.
Garnish with shaved chocolate. Serve warm with Walnut Demi Ciabatta.
