Peppermint Hot Chocolate

1 bar Lindt Gold Surfin Dark Chocolate, chopped
8 oz 2% milk
1 tbsp peppermint schnapps (or 1/4 tsp peppermint extract)
35% cream, whipped
1 Lindt Excellence Mint Chocolate Bars, for shavings crushed candy
canes for garnish

Heat the milk in the top of a double boiler. Once it comes to a simmer, reduce heat slightly and whisk in chocolate and peppermint. Whisk vigorously to blend well. When chocolate is melted, pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream, mint chocolate shavings and crushed candy cane.
