|2||cups||baby spinach, wilted|
|1||tbs||Denninger’s Steak Spice|
|2||large eggs, whisked to blend|
|4||Denninger’s Ribeye Steaks|
In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp and then drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, sauté shallots in 1 tablespoon of the bacon drippings until transparent. Place all stuffing ingredients in a food processor and pulse just until mixed.
With a knife, make a slit along one edge of the steak to the centre. Stuff the steaks and secure with a toothpick. Season with salt and pepper and broil approximately 8 to 10 minutes per side.
