|1||small||garlic clove, minced|
|1/2||cup||Kaltbach Gruyère Cheese, shredded|
|1/8||tsp||freshly ground pepper|
|1||tbsp||fresh chives, chopped|
Cook Spaetzle according to package directions.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan and sauté garlic for 1 minute; gradually whisk in flour and then milk, whisking constantly. Cook over medium heat, until bubbles and thickens, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cheese, salt, pepper and chives. Add the spaetzle and mix well.
